Mark brings over 25 years of broad based business experience with telecommunications, data networking and software development organizations, both privately-held and public companies. He has worked successfully as an owner and a proven senior executive experienced in many aspects of operations including business development and complex project management.
Before joining Terradatum, Mark was E.V.P. of MLS Operations for Fidelity Title’s MLS division, serving over 400 MLS associations across the country. In that capacity, he was responsible for publishing operations, financial performance, public records and customer service operations for over 300,000 real estate professionals.
Previously, Mark owned IMCO, an MLS company he acquired that operated for over 20 years in the Midwest. As the owner of a privately held company, he was responsible for all aspects of operations. He oversaw significant growth in company revenues prior to successfully negotiating the sale of the company.
Mark holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Miami University.
Peter is a co-founder of Terradatum and the underlying vision of the BrokerMetrics® product suite. He brings 30+ years of real estate experience to Terradatum; both as a working agent and office manager. His vision represents the quintessential repertoire for real-time market information blended with a broker’s own business data and offers a myriad of visually-oriented charts and graphs to help intuitively understand a changing market landscape.
Previously, Peter was a key architect in the development of web-based MLS systems for HomeSeekers and Terradatum’s earlier MLS services, both successful initiatives embraced by the industry.
Peter holds an economics degree from the University of San Francisco. His motto is, “Software never sleeps.”
Dan is a co-founder of Terradatum and is a nationally recognized expert in real estate database design with more than 30 years in-depth experience in real estate data and technology products.
A chance encounter with a real estate agent who worked in the same building was the beginning of a long and productive business partnership. Dan’s innate ability to understand complex data relationships combined with Peter’s knowledge of the real estate industry ultimately produced the second web-based MLS system in the country in 1996. They have been working together ever since, a partnership that has led to the formation of Terradatum and the creation of a suite of innovative tools for brokers and agents, including BrokerMetrics® and AgentMetrics®.
Richard joined Dan and Peter in 1995, shortly after leaving the Navy where he worked on F14 fire control and radar as an Avionics Technician. During this initial tenure with Terradatum he worked with the team that was largely responsible for bringing MLS’s to the web. He rejoined the Terradatum team in 2013 and hasn’t looked back since.
Over the years Richard has worked variously as Developer, Team Lead, CTO, and Hacker (the good kind) for Hire, building (and breaking) small, medium and large-scale systems, databases and software for Real Estate, Health Care, Cyber Defense and small mom-and-pop organizations.
Richard has an insatiable interest in technology and a pragmatic approach to making it work.
When not working, he spends his time reading science fiction, binge watching Netflix and Amazon Prime and running around the redwood forests of Northern California.
Jim joined Terradatum in November 2014 as VP of Sales, Marketing, & Client Services. He is also a licensed REALTOR® in Houston TX with over 20 years of real estate technology experience. Jim has a broad range of experience in consulting, product development, training, marketing and selling various technology solutions in the real estate industry.
Previously, Jim was Business Development Director for Real Estate Digital, Co-Founder of Quadrant2/360Agent, National Sales Director for FNRES, Director National Sales & Business Development for eNeighborhoods, Regional Sales Manager for Online Software/Moore Data, and the #1 reseller for Top Producer Systems.
Jim holds an Economics degree from San Diego State University.
Amie is the VP of Video Services & Product Management. With over 13 years of experience in digital products and video for real estate, Amie also offers a range of experience in business development and marketing. Previously, Amie was the President of VScreen and joined Terradatum in 2018 as part of Terradatum’s acquisition of the brand. Prior to VScreen, she spent eight years in marketing positions for the healthcare, real estate, and service industries. Amie holds a degree from Lake Superior State University and enjoys empowering real estate professionals with the tools that allow them to connect to clients digitally through video.
